Parts Needed
- 4 × M3x10 Bolts
- 4 × M3 Nuts
- Your preferred glue or adhesive
Assembly Instructions
- Select the insert size that matches your fishing rod diameter.
- Sizes included: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, and 14mm.
- You can download each size individually or download the complete file and print only the sizes you need.
- Position the hook holder on your rod. I recommend mounting it on the top side of the rod so it stays out of the way while casting.
- Apply a small amount of glue into the center slots of the main body.
- Insert the piece with the "V" shape into the glued slots first.
- Place the top and bottom halves around your fishing rod.
- Insert the four M3x10 bolts through the mounting holes and install the M3 nuts on the opposite side.
- Tighten the bolts gradually in a crisscross pattern, applying even pressure around the holder as you go.
Notes
- The bolt holes are designed to be slightly loose in the top section and snug in the bottom section to make assembly easier.
- A small gap between the top and bottom pieces is intentional. This allows the holder to clamp securely onto the fishing rod as the bolts are tightened.
- Do not overtighten. Tighten only until the holder is firmly secured and does not rotate on the rod.
