Print Settings & Profile Info

My uploaded print profile is optimized for a fast and material-saving print. Extreme mechanical resistance isn't necessary for my use case since I handle my spools with care and don't use active heated dryers inside my AMS.

  • Infill: 10%
  • Walls/Perimeters: 2 walls
  • Supports: None / NO
• Want some extra strength? If you prefer a sturdier spool, plan to drop it around, or use it in high-heat environments, feel free to bump it up to 3 walls and 20%+ infill. The choice is yours!

Assembly Instructions:

1. Insert your eSUN/Sunlu refill onto the wider core side.
2. Important: Do NOT cut the plastic refill straps yet!
3. Screw the opposite side tightly until it locks down firmly against the filament core.
4. Note on Fit: Depending on how tightly the factory filament is wound, the two plastic halves may not flush together 100%, leaving a tiny gap. This is completely normal and expected due to slight variations in refill batches. Just ensure the triple thread is screwed down tightly to squeeze the filament securely.
5. Once completely secure, snip and remove the refill straps. Happy printing!
