This is a side panel for the MODCASE HYPER Premium — Build Any PC, One Case which I have redesigned with the 50mm, 75mm and 100mm VESA mounting holes. 

This allows you to mount a screen directly to the side of the case. One version is based on the default side panel, with no mesh pattern and only the bolt patterns added. The second version includes a reinforced square section around the VESA area, which is slightly thicker than the standard panel to help spread the load from a mounted display.

The VESA patterns are centred horizontally on the panel, with the pattern centre positioned at 161.5 mm from either side. Vertically, the centre of the VESA pattern is positioned 115 mm down from the top edge, or 185 mm up from the bottom edge. This places the display slightly higher than the centre of the side panel, so that larger monitors sit slightly above the bottom of the case rather than directly against it.

The design is mainly intended for portable displays and smaller VESA-mounted monitors, but the positioning should also make it potentially suitable for displays up to around 27", depending on the monitor’s weight, rear VESA position, and the hardware used to mount it. I would recommend the reinforced version for heavier displays, ideally with washers or a suitable backing plate. I have not yet load-tested the design across multiple monitor weights, so I would treat the maximum supported size as dependent on the display and mounting hardware rather than a guaranteed fixed limit.
