This Stern (only) Pinball table mod is designed for people who are far too fussy about small details (like.. me for example).

Many (if not all) Stern tables have exposed silver nuts on the side blades at the top rear of the table (under the glass).

This quick to print mod will completely cover the nuts in a printable material and colour of your choice!

No more anxiously hoping no one will notice those horrible silver nuts almost spoiling the way the back of your table (where no-one ever looks) .. looks!

I’ve included various styles and there are three print variations. The installation pictures are of the standard hex type (Godzilla table) and the beveled hex type (D&D table) 

Top Print Profile:

If you aren’t feeling daring then just use this profile which puts a brim around all of the parts.

Second Print Profile:

Puts a brim only around the smallest caps. In test prints I had one of the smaller head cap types fail and move on the print plate with this profile (twice) although I had zero print failures with larger hex caps with no brim.

Third Print Profile:

This (almost) final print profile is of a push fit version. It is SUPER tight and very difficult to pull off once it is on. I don’t recommend it – you might need to cut it off if you ever need to remove it. I made it this tight simply to stop it just falling off because it doesn't screw on. If you like the way it looks but it feels just too tight you could enlarge it slightly in the slicer.

Fourth Profile:

This (probably) final profile is a super minimal version which slightly exposes the end of the bolt thread. If you print it in a matt PLA it should all but vanish.

Installation:

They simply screw on to the existing bolt thread by hand. They haven’t come loose (yet) on my machines which have shakers fitted but note that they could!
