Howdy

This is my project for a ZimaBlade cluster: three ZimaBlade units in a 2U form factor designed for 10-inch mini racks. At first glance, the system may not seem particularly impressive, but once all the components are installed, everything comes together as intended.

The ZimaBlade units were designed to be easily and quickly replaceable. 

The SSD bays can be inserted and removed without disconnecting the SATA connectors. 

Heat generated by the system is properly dissipated, and the power cabling for the ZimaBlade units is neatly organized and managed.

For assembly, please refer to the images provided. The installation process is intuitive and straightforward—it’s not rocket science.

Note: I have not tested the design with 2.5-inch HDDs, but in theory, they should work without any issues.
