🧠 Behind the design (For makers & moderators)

To ensure flawless typography and rendering, this generator processes complex 2D vector fonts and mathematically extrudes them into solid 3D manifolds.

The standing base is achieved through a precise boolean subtraction. By mathematically calculating the lowest baseline of the chosen font, the script generates a horizontal cutting plane via a difference operation that slices exactly through the bottom curve of the letter. If the user enables the stabilizer, a geometric block is dynamically merged with the back of the initial before the slicing occurs. This creates a seamless, support-free base that rests perfectly flat on the build plate.

🖨️ Print settings:

• Material: PLA. Matte PLA looks incredibly premium for interior decor.
• Layer height: 0.20mm works nicely, but 0.16mm gives a smoother finish on the curved cursive letters.
• Supports: STRICTLY NONE. Print the model lying flat on its back.
• Infill: 10% to 15% Gyroid is plenty.
• Multicolor without AMS: You do not need a multi-material unit for this! Slice the model, go to the preview tab, and add a simple pause at the exact layer where the foreground text starts. Swap your filament to a contrasting color and resume the print!
