The Perfect Plastic Scraper

This simple but effective plastic scraper is designed for removing stubborn prints from your build plate without damaging the surface. At 7 inches long and 2⅜ inches wide at the blade, it provides plenty of leverage while remaining lightweight and easy to use.

The blade corners are intentionally rounded to help prevent gouging or scratching your build plate. The model is designed with three perimeter walls for added strength and durability.

Printing out of PLA works great, and would probably even be stronger in PETG.

The scraper uses approximately 20g of filament, so each scraper costs only about $0.30 to print. Since they’re inexpensive and handy to have around, consider printing a few and keeping them near your printers in any work area, and anywhere you might need a scraper. 

This tool is especially useful for removing prints that tend to adhere strongly to the build plate, such as TPU and PETG parts.

For the Bambu Lab A1 Mini, the scraper appears to print the quickest when placed diagonally on the build plate, although it can also be printed horizontally without issue.
