Customizable and stackable pipe connector for cross clamping - for any size pipes.

Set your pipe's outer diameter and the block's width/depth/height, and it generates a rounded clamping block split into top and bottom halves around a central bore sized to your pipe, with 4 bolt holes with countersunk/flat/no bolt head indentations on top. With or without hex nut indentations on bottom.

NOTE: After downloading a customized file and opening in Bambu studio:
(optional) select “Process” → “Global” → “Others” → “Special mode” → “Print sequence: by Object”

1) select the 2 part block (which will be a single object) → right click and select “Split → To Objects”

2) press “Arrange all objects → Arrange"

3) select the part that has the flat part up, select “Lay on Face” and click on the flat side, to print from the flat side up.

The build plate should look something like this:

Bolt holes at the corners (with round, countersunk, or hex-headed bolt recesses, all dimensioned to your hardware) let you bolt the two halves together to clamp tightly around the pipe — useful for couplings, repairs, mounting brackets, or rigid joints between any two pipes of same diameter or bolt two blocks together to create cross clamps for different diameters.

It's possible to set angles, so you can even do angled connections, just keep in mind that one or two bolt holes might be obstructed in angled configuration.
