I’ve taken the best features from other badge holders and designed one that meets my requirements. I've tested this with my coworkers and many of them prefer this badge over others. It holds the badge securely, can be worn in either portrait or landscape, has a slot for reading a barcode on the back of the badge without having to remove it, and most importantly, can easily be removed from the holder without putting strain on the security features within the badge. The bottom edge makes a smooth transition at the finger hole so you shouldn't feel any sharp edges when the badge is inserted. The design is parametric so should work for any size badge. Enter the length, width and thickness of your badge and the model will scale to give you that perfect custom fit. For the corners a radius of 0.1mm will give you a square corner, the default is 3mm.

The four supports are custom designed and will size with the thickness of the badge. They are easy to pop out a metal scraper. The print profile irons the top surfaces of the lanyard holes and the top wall and badge retainers.
