A 3D-printable rotating clamp system designed to hold a plexiglass window insert securely in place, for example when using a portable air conditioner exhaust panel.

The clamp base sits on the plexiglass panel, while the rotating clamp arm can be turned from the inside after the panel is placed into the window frame. Once rotated into position, the clamp reaches behind the window frame and can be tightened with a thumb screw to pull the panel firmly against the frame.

The print includes a pause so that two M4 square nuts can be inserted into the model during printing. These nuts provide strong threaded points for the screws and make the clamp more durable than printed threads.

This way, both models can be used as a complete removable window insert system for portable air conditioners, ventilation panels, or similar temporary window setups.

The design allows the plexiglass insert to be installed and removed from inside the room without needing access from the outside.
