Decal Squeegee Set - Applicator

A set of flex spatulas for precise application of film, vinyl, car window tinting, stickers, and more. Helps remove air bubbles during application. The spatula measures 10 x 7.2 cm. The length is consistent with most spatulas available on the market. 

For best results, we recommend using a felt pad that attaches to the working surface of the spatula. This ensures smooth contact with the film or sticker you are applying while also protecting against surface scratches.

The set includes 3 types of spatulas:
different hardness levels depending on what you want to apply and how much pressure you want to apply during the application.

• Soft - soft, bends easily
• Medium - medium bending hardness
• Hard - hard, bends with difficulty

To achieve the different levels of flexibility and hardness, I used TPU 95A. The print profiles are created with different numbers of walls and infill depending on the type of spatula—soft, medium, and hard.

For a greater difference in hardness, you can experiment with different rubber hardnesses for soft, medium, and hard, respectively.
