🔌 Turn That Ugly Cable Hole Into a Finished Port

You ran HDMI through the wall for the TV. Speaker wire for the surrounds. USB for the desk. The hole works great — and looks terrible. This is the fix: a press-fit grommet that turns a raw drilled hole into a clean, finished port in about 15 minutes of printing.

🧩 The Headline Feature: Split Versions

Every size also ships as two press-together halves (0.2 mm kerf, ribs placed clear of the cut). Wrap them around already-connected cables — no unplugging the TV, no re-crimping connectors — and press in. The drilled hole clamps the pair shut. This is the thing most wall grommets can’t do.

📏 30 Sizes — Because Walls and Cables Both Vary

10 hole sizes matched to standard drill bits & hole saws: 10 mm (3/8"), 13 mm (½"), 16 mm (5/8"), 19 mm (¾"), 22 mm (7/8"), 25 mm (1"), 32 mm (1¼"), 38 mm (1½"), 51 mm (2"), 64 mm (2½"). Whatever bit you drilled with, there is a grommet that fits it.

3 cable openings per hole size — Small / Medium / Large:

• Small (45% of the hole) — a few slim cables.
• Medium (56%) — the everyday pick: HDMI + power.
• Large (a full 1.5× the Small opening) — fat bundles and chunky connectors.

That is 60 variants total — 10 sizes × S/M/L × solid + split.

Which opening? 1–3 slim cables → S. HDMI + power → M. Full home-theater bundle or a chunky connector → L. On the small sizes (10–22 mm) most plugs won’t fit through the bore — use the split version and wrap it around the connected cable.

✅ Designed to Actually Install Nicely

• Press-fit barrel with 4 crush ribs — a forgiving friction fit in drywall or wood. No glue, no screws, fully removable.
• Slim rounded flange hides ragged hole edges with a clean ring (≥8 mm wide, scales up with hole size).
• Chamfered bore on both ends — cables and connectors glide through; no sharp print edges chewing your HDMI jacket.
• Prints face-down — the visible front face comes out dead-flat and smooth (gorgeous on textured PEI). Zero supports, ~10–20 minutes each.

🖨️ Print Settings

• Orientation: flange (face) down on the bed.  Supports: none.
• Layer height: 0.2 mm  ·  Walls: 3  ·  Infill: 15% (it’s mostly walls anyway).
• Material: PLA is fine; PETG if near heat (behind a TV or amp).
• Tip: a textured PEI plate gives a beautiful matte front face.

🛠️ Install in 4 Steps

• Drill with the matching hole saw — or pick the grommet for the hole you already have.
• Feed your cables through the wall first, then thread them through the grommet.
• Press the grommet in — the ribs grip, the flange sits flush.
• Optional: a second grommet on the far side of the wall for a finished look both ways.

Too tight/loose? Scale up or down a few percent until its right, starting with the grommet closest to the drillbit you used.

❓ FAQ

Will it fit my hole? Pick the grommet matching your drill or hole-saw size; the barrel is sized for a friction fit in that hole.

My cables are already plugged in. Use the split version — it wraps around connected cables, no unplugging.

PLA or PETG? PLA for a normal wall. PETG behind a TV, amp, or anywhere it might get warm.
