Original Design 2026.02 by David Malawey

For deburring tubes interior edge, EMT 1/2 and 3/4 inch trade size.

3D printed with ABS filament, orintation indicated with text deboss.

-fasten carbide insert into seat & tighten with M4 screw.

Carbide insert: 12mm diameter, round insert

Fastener: M4 x 16mm countersunk screw with M4 nut

Pocket: 7mm hex pocket for retaining nut

Testing:

First trials: good cut by hand with removal of sharp edge.

Functionality compared with benchnmark: Noga NG8150 deburr tool with S10 Blades
