Simply clamp the motor and the fin together and tighten the screw.

Here are the components I bought from a local shop:

 Motor: 6374 Brushless Motor (waterproofed both the inner and outer rotors of the brushless motor using epoxy)

 ESC (Speed Controller): 60A ESC

 Receiver: 433MHz Receiver with a watch-style remote controller

 Wires: 12 AWG silicone wire

 Sealant: Epoxy resin

(Note: I'm not entirely sure if these exact brands/models are available in your area, but these are the general specs.)

The seal process for the 6374 brushless motor is divided into two main parts: the stator and the rotor.

• For the rotor: I used a small brush to apply a very thin, even layer of epoxy resin. Keeping this layer thin is crucial to prevent throwing off the rotor's dynamic balance.
• For the stator: I made a custom mold to fit around the entire coil and magnet assembly. First, I sealed the wire connections using 706 RTV silicone glue for flexible strain relief, and then I potted the entire component with epoxy.
   Just a couple of quick tips: make sure to seal or mask off the bearing area beforehand to prevent any epoxy from seeping in and ruining the bearings. Also, remember to thread screws into the screw holes when sealing the stator; this keeps the epoxy from leaking out through them
