I wanted to simply print a jointed AT-ST model to go alongside my AT-AT. I found a great model by Ian Foulds on Maker World that he had adapted from Jace1969 on Printables. Ian did a fantastic job of cutting the model and making it articulate. However, I had considerable issues getting clean prints due to the need for excessive support on the Head and legs. Additionally, I had issues getting the smaller cannons to print successfully. So, I cut the head and legs so that they lay flat, added pegs for reassembly which greatly minimized the need for supports. Additionally, I beefed up the cannons so that they will print cleanly. The model still uses 4 M3 nuts and bolts for the joints which are still use TPU bushings for ease of assembly and added friction.
