Hi
This is build plate cleaner and first layer test. Made this model parametric, so everybody can change it to their own desired measurement.

Added little rim to make the edge stronger. So the layer lines on the edge wont seperate during removal. 
Also made two little angled pegs on the front corners. Helps to start removing the sheet from the build plate.

 

Test and cleaner helps to:

  • Check if the bed is calibrated well
  • Check the first layer adhesion
  • Check the first layers quality and extrusion flow
  • Also removes leftover filament residues from the build plate

Also it is my first attempt to post a parametric model. It was a good testing piece.
