Car Window Node Enclosure

This is a window sill enclosure designed for MeshCore/Meshtastic repeaters and nodes. It allows you to place your radio core securely inside your window frame and route a high-gain external antenna outside without drilling holes in your walls or window frames.

This model is pre-sized to fit a standard 6 mm window gap and sash channels, housing the electronics securely in place.

This allows you to mount the antenna securely on the outside of the vehicle while keeping the radio unit safely inside, giving you direct physical access to the radio controls and connections from inside the car.
• Integrated Component Mounts: Secure internal slots for the RAKwireless WisBlock baseboard, battery, and antenna bulkhead connector.

Recommended Print Settings

• Filament: ASA or PETG (Highly recommended for outdoor durability and UV resistance where it contacts the outer window sash. Avoid PLA as it can warp in direct window sunlight).
• Walls/Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls (improves structural strength and weather resistance).
• Infill: 15% to 20% Gyroid.
• Supports: Generally not required if printed flat on its base.
