Works as a fly screen, dust filter, vent cover, drain filter, or any application that needs a fine grid. Print it, cut it with scissors to any shape you need.

Fully parametric: size from 20mm to 320mm, mesh opening from 0.6mm to 5.0mm
Ultra-thin & flexible: default 0.48mm thick (4 layers @ 0.12mm) — bends easily, can be rolled up
Tileable: edges end with a full strand — place tiles side by side for seamless large surfaces
Trimmable: cut with regular scissors to any shape after printing
Presets included: 80mm round, 100mm round/square, 200mm square, full bed 256mm/300mm

Important: This model requires specific slicer settings — it won't slice correctly with default profiles!

Why these settings?

Each strand is only 0.4mm wide (= one nozzle width). The slicer must treat each strand as a single wall line — no infill, no top/bottom shells. If you see an "empty initial layer" error, make sure Initial layer height = Layer height (not the default 0.20mm).
