Size it to your space, not the other way around. Type your width and depth, pick one of 12 drainage patterns, print. Water drains, air flows, optional feet lift it off the surface.

Bigger than your print bed? Print several trays and lock them together with the bow tie keys. The dovetail holds in both directions, the top cap can't fall through, and it works on any edge at any size: the connectors never depend on the pattern.

Why it tiles cleanly
The keys reference the dovetail sockets, not the drainage cells, so the lock fits the same on every edge no matter the tray dimensions. Pick the corners and edges you want, print, snap together.

Use it for
Bathroom sink, soap and toothbrush tray, kitchen dish drainer, plant pot saucer, drawer and shelf liner, workshop parts tray, pet bowl mat.

Print settings

• Material: PLA works for dry use. PETG recommended for bathroom or anything wet (moisture and warmth resistant).
• Layer height: 0.2 mm tray. 0.12 to 0.16 mm for the keys (tighter dovetail fit).
• Walls: 3. Top/bottom: 4.
• Infill: 15 to 20 percent.
• Supports: none.
• Print the keys with the cap flat on the bed. Print a couple of spares.

Assembly

1. Print 1 or more trays with matching Cell_Pitch, Wall, and Tray_Height.
2. Butt two trays edge to edge so the sockets line up.
3. Drop a key into the paired sockets, cap on top. It locks both trays.
4. Repeat along every shared edge.

Fit tuning: if the key is loose, lower Conn_Clearance (try -0.1). If it is hard to start, raise Conn_Lead.
