Meet Ploop & Moof – a pair of soft, expressive character planters designed to bring a bit of personality to your desk or shelf.

This set includes two stylized cachepots:

• Ploop – the calm, sleepy blob
• Moof – the soft, slightly anxious pup

Both are designed with a clean, minimal sculpt style that prints well and looks great in real-world lighting.

These are cachepots, meaning they’re designed to hold standard 100mm nursery pots (or the included liner print) rather than being planted in directly. This keeps things simple, clean, and easy to swap plants.

I also did a rough painting on a duplicate set so you can use AMS.

I have tested prints scaled down to as low as 50% but have found 60% to be the safest if you want to go smaller, just remember to scale the liner equally!

Print Notes

• Minimal to no supports needed
• Prints cleanly in PLA or PETG
• 0.2mm layer height recommended
• 2–3 walls for strength
• Infill: 5–15% is plenty

Notes

• No drainage holes (intended as outer pots)
• If planting directly, you may want to add your own drainage

These were designed as part of a growing set of simple, character-driven planters. More variations and characters may come in the future.
