The Mood Maker Clown set includes a variety of modular parts to create diverse expressions

• Clown Face Base: The main structure of clown’s face featuring the mechanical "click" nose.
• Modular Mouths (8 Varieties)
• Modular Eyes (8 Pairs)

Assembly Details:

• This project requires thirty-eight 6x2mm magnets to assemble the modular face parts. Also it requires 1 key switch.
• Print Quality: To ensure the best surface finish for the clown’s face, eyes and mouths, all parts have been oriented to be printed flat against the build plate. We highly recommend using a Textured PEI plate to achieve a high-quality, professional look.
• Pause-at-Height: The print will automatically pause at the specific layer where the magnet slots are ready to be filled. 
• Magnet Insertion: When the printer pauses, carefully place your 6x2mm magnets into the designated slots.
• Magnet Polarity (Crucial): Use the same magnet polarity for all eye, mouth and clown face components.

! Important: Do Not Modify Build Plates

• Please do not move or rearrange the models on the build plates. The 3MF files are meticulously configured with specific Pause-at-Height commands tailored to each plate's layout.

Printing Recommendations

Material: PLA

Infill: 15–20% (Gyroid infill pattern is recommended for optimal strength).

Layer Height: 0.2 mm (recommended for high visual quality).

Supports: Use supports for the nose and clown's face.
