Hey Everyone!
So I designed this last year and accidentally forgot about it. Lucky you! Here it is, a fun puzzle to enjoy. This toy is a great learning tool, its interactive and supports problem solving, spacial awareness, patience along with just being fun. It is quite large with each cube section measuring 1.200 in. The blocks features edges and corners that are chamfered. The toy has 6 rows cubed totaling 216 individual spaces. Print in whatever type pieces you choose. There are 8 different shapes to choose from, and best of all no wrong way to assemble. The secondary profile has individual pieces to fill in the last places.
Because I wanted everyone to choose their own difficulty level, the pieces in the main profile are on separate plates in groups of 4. You can choose to do simple blocks or included the more complex shapes, You will need to print the plates multiple times in order to fill the holder. This is a toy that can truly grow with your kids. Just start with simple cubes, then as their abilities increase, change some of the blocks for more complex shapes. It will work with or without the legs under the stand. (they attach with a spot of glue) Be sure to glue the legs on with the short end towards the back corner so it leans that way, it will help hold the blocks in place
Pro Tip:
Make a few extra random pieces to complete the cube with a little less stress!
Note:
I do NOT recommend this toy for very young children, They may put the pieces in their mouth, bacteria can grow in between the layer lines and the smaller pieces may be a choking hazard.
