Model Components & Plate Options
- The gauge consists of 4 separate parts: Body, Probe, Rotor, and Hex Head Bolt.
- Single Plate Option: Saves material and prints everything together.
Assembly Tip: Installing the Probe into the Body requires a bit of skill. Carefully bend the Body slightly to slot the Probe in. Do not overbend, or the Body may snap!
Printing & Troubleshooting Tips (From 10+ Test Prints)
- Having printed dozens of these gauges, here is my hard-earned advice to solve common 3D printing issues.
- Filament Drying: Make sure to dry your PETG filament before printing. Wet filament causes bubbles, stringing, and ruin the precision scales.
- Tolerances & Fit: Since different filaments shrink differently, you can fine-tune the X-Y hole/contour compensation in Bambu Studio if parts fit too tight or too loose.
- Nozzle Clogging (0.2mm Nozzle): If you experience clogging with the 0.2mm nozzle, try slightly increasing the print temperature (do not exceed the max temperature recommended by your filament manufacturer).
- First Layer Adhesion (Scales/Text): If the text and scale lines fail to stick to the bed, try slightly increasing the first-layer temperature (within the filament's safe limit).
- Blurry First Layer Text: If the text appears blurry or bleeds, try lowering the first-layer temperature (watch out for clogging), narrowing the first-layer line width, or reducing the flow rate.
- If there is ccolor bleeding in pprinted rresults,you can iincrease the fpushing volume.

本焊道規特色
- 極致低廉的成本:列印成本僅約 0.2 美元,大幅減少量具購置與汰換的費用。
- 多合一完整檢驗功能:可能量測焊前與焊後之各項關鍵指標,包含:焊道腳長、焊道高度、根部間隙、開槽角度、焊道喉深、鋼板板厚等。

- PETG 經久耐用:材質強韌、不易劣化。(注意:量測時請避免在剛焊接完的高溫狀態下立刻量測,以免塑料融化)
- 鑰匙圈防丟孔:左下角設有吊飾孔,方便隨身攜帶或掛於腰間伸縮扣,防止在雜亂的工作現場遺失。
模型零件與盤面配置
- 本模型共分為 4 個零件:Body (本體)、Probe (測量針)、Rotor (轉盤)、Hex Head Bolt (六角螺栓)。
- 單盤列印 (Single Plate):節省材料與列印時間。
- 組裝小技巧:將 Probe 裝入 Body 需要一點技巧。組裝時需微微彎曲 Body 的卡槽將 Probe 順勢滑入,請勿過度用力彎曲,以免造成 Body 斷裂!
進階列印與調校建議 (源自數十組的實測經驗)
- 在經歷了數十組的列印與微調後,針對不同材料可能遇到的問題,提供以下新手救星指南。
- 線材烘乾:列印前務必充分烘乾您的 PETG 線材。受潮的線材會導致氣泡與嚴重拉絲,直接破壞刻度的精準度。
- 公差配合問題:因每款耗材的收縮率不同,若組裝太緊或太鬆,可在 Bambu Studio 內調整 X-Y軸孔徑/輪廓補償 (X-Y Hole/Contour Compensation)。
- 0.2mm 噴頭堵頭問題:若使用 0.2mm 噴頭發生出料不順或堵頭,可嘗試稍微提高列印溫度 (但不可超過耗材建議的溫度上限)。
- 首層字體與刻度不黏床:若細小的字體和刻度線無法順利黏在熱床上,可嘗試提高首層溫度 (同樣不可超過材料上限)。
- 首層字體模糊、溢色:若首層字體糊成一團,請嘗試微幅降低列印溫度 (太低可能會堵頭)、縮減首層線寬 (First Layer Line Width) 或降低流量。
- 如果列印結果有混色情況,請嚐試增加沖刷體積。
