Modelo 3D A–C Engine Class Flying Model Rocket (3 Versions) por Leo & Amos no MakerWorld

Descrição

Version 1 is made for the Bambu Lab P1S and P2S (256 × 256 × 256 mm) and comes in at just 19 g with a length of 238 mm.

Version 2 fits the Bambu Lab A1 Mini (180 × 180 × 180 mm) and weighs 29 g. It prints in two pieces that you glue together so it can handle the forces during launch and flight, giving you a total length of 333 mm.

Version 3 is optimized for printers with a 180 × 180 × 180 mm build volume and has a total weight of 31 g. The rocket prints in two parts that connect via a joiner. Depending on your setup, you can glue only the lower section and slide the nose cone on for recovery‑system compatibility, or glue both parts together for maximum rigidity, altitude, and speed, the tail fins have a tilt of 2.5°, giving the rocket a slight drill around its own longitudinal axes.

I’ve launched both versions with my son—and because they’re so lightweight and built without a recovery system, they blasted straight up and disappeared into the clouds.

Tip: Adding around 30 g of weight to the nose makes the rocket fly even more stable when flying without recovery system.

As always, use caution when flying and respect regional regulations.

Have fun printing and launching! 🚀
