Dynamic Safety Boundaries (Print-Optimized)

This model isn't just customizable—it's smart. It includes automatic safety logic to guarantee successful 3D prints every single time:

1. Dynamic Corner Radius: If you choose a 1x1 configuration, it automatically renders a perfect circular tabletop base. 1xN or Nx1 configurations turn into clean, capsule/oval-shaped bases.
2. Structural Integrity: The final base height is automatically enforced to be at least 1.0 mm thicker than your desired magnet depth, preventing any structural breakthrough.
3. No Manifold Gaps: The central holder dynamically merges below the top surface layer, completely filling engraved grid lines to avoid slicer artifacts.
4. Grid Line Avoidance: If your holder's support gussets overlap with an engraved grid line, the script automatically shifts their position slightly to ensure maximum mechanical strength and clean aesthetics.
5. Hollow Bottom Optimization: Activating the hollow_bottom feature saves filament and prevents warping, while leaving solid structural walls and supporting "bosses" around the magnet holes.

How to Use

1. Click on "Customize" right here on MakerWorld.
2. Adjust the sliders to match your grid size, field dimensions, and heights (optimized in 0.2 mm steps to perfectly match standard FDM layer heights).
3. Toggle features like the Central Holder, Grid Lines, or Magnet Holes according to your needs.
4. Download the generated STL file, slice it, and print!

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm (recommended, as all step ranges are optimized for this)
• Infill: 15% - 20% (Grid or Gyroid)
• Supports: No supports needed! The diagonal/rounded profiles and the central holder gussets are fully optimized for printing without any support material.
