What it does

This is a fully parametric ring sizer that lets you generate precise, 3D-printable test rings in any size and style. Use the built-in customizer to dial in your exact specifications, hit print, and try it on.

Customizer Parameters

Dimensions

- Ring Size — Inner circumference from 44 to 76 mm in 0.5 mm steps (covers US sizes 3–13.5 / EU sizes 4–26)
- Width — Ring face width from 2 to 10 mm
- Thickness — Wall thickness from 1.2 to 2.5 mm

Choose the cross-section that matches the style of the ring you plan to buy:

D-Profile	Classic flat interior, rounded exterior, the most common wedding band shape
Bird's Tongue	Asymmetric wedge, traditional European style
Lens	Symmetric oval, smooth and understated
Pill	Rounded rectangle, modern and chunky
Concave	Scooped outer surface, bold and sculptural
Flat	Minimal taper, nearly rectangular, clean and contemporary
Trapezoid	Flat top with angled sides, architectural look
Comfort Fit	Heavily rounded inside and out, the most comfortable to wear
Boat	Pointed at both edges, widest in the middle, elegant and unusual
Angular	Sharp diamond shape, bold statement profile

How to use

Open the customizer and set your ring size (measure your finger with a string or printable sizer strip, or use a known ring size)
Pick the profile and width that match the ring you're considering
Print — PLA or PETG work great for test fitting
Try it on. Too tight? Go up half a size. Too loose? Go down.
Print variations at different widths or thicknesses to compare comfort

Print settings

Layer height: 0.08 mm (fine enough for smooth curves)
Infill: 100% (these are lightweight, infill doesn't matter much)
Perimeters: 3 (for smooth outer surfaces)
No supports needed
Material: Any — these are try-on testers, not forever rings

Tips

Print 3–5 sizes around your estimated size at once to zero in quickly
A wider ring will feel tighter than a narrow one at the same circumference — test with the actual width you plan to buy
