Why Use a 3D Printed Template?
Hypalon is a chlorosulfonated polyethylene synthetic rubber. You should NEVER laser cut Hypalon. Burning it produces highly toxic chlorine gas that can ruin your laser system and severely damage your lungs/body.

This stencil provides a safe, quick, alternative way to get a perfectly symmetric, professional curve by laying the print down on your Hypalon sheet and tracing the outline with chalk or a silver streak pen before hand-cutting with a rotary cutter.
