Descrição
Turn any standard threaded extension pole into a deployable radio mast or antenna support. This topper screws onto the threaded end of most extension poles — the kind used for window cleaning, painting, or gutter work — and gives you four attachment loops for guy lines, carabiners, or antenna wire.
No hardware required. Print it, screw it on, you're done.
WHAT IT DOES
- Threads onto standard extension pole tops
- Four attachment loops in a cross pattern — balanced guying from any direction
- Run guy lines, snap carabiners, or pass antenna wire through the loops
- Works great with 20-foot and 30-foot extension poles for GMRS, APRS, J-pole, and lightweight vertical antenna deployments
- Tested and confirmed on push broom handles and several common extension pole brands
PRINT SETTINGS
- Material: ASA strongly recommended — UV resistant and heat tolerant for outdoor use
- PETG is acceptable for occasional or shaded use
- PLA is not recommended — will deform in direct sun and hot vehicles
- Print as oriented in the 3MF file
- No supports needed — designed to print clean
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Infill: 50% or higher — load-bearing part
COMPATIBILITY
Thread standards on extension poles are not perfectly universal across all manufacturers. This topper has been tested on push broom handles and several common cleaning and painting extension poles and fits all of them. If your pole has a standard residential or commercial threaded tip it will very likely work. If in doubt, print one and test before putting it in the field.
