Assembly Instructions – Rotary Holder Mechanism

Important Information

• Do not use excessive force during assembly
• Ensure all parts are clean and free from debris before installation
• The rotating knob should move freely after assembly
• If you feel resistance during installation, stop and check alignment before continuing

Step 1 – Insert the Rotary Knob

Carefully place the rotary knob into the mounting hole without using force.

Make sure the knob is fully pressed into position before proceeding.

Step 2 – Verify Correct Position

Turn the holder over and inspect the underside.

Check that the knob shaft has passed completely through the hole and that the groove for the retaining clip is fully visible.

Step 3 – Install the Retaining Clip

Carefully press the retaining clip into the groove on the rotary knob shaft.

Ensure the clip is fully seated and securely attached.

After installation:

• The knob should rotate freely
• There should be no binding or excessive resistance
• The retaining clip should remain securely in place during operation

Additional Recommendations

• Avoid forcing components together
• If the clip does not fit easily, verify that the knob is fully inserted
• Assemble on a flat, stable surface
• Inspect the retaining clip after assembly to ensure proper engagement
