You can scale as you wish but it's best to keep the Z as is (30mm). Keep in mind that the little hole for the USB cable might scale. This hole might not be big enough for your type of USB cable but it should be easy to make it a bit bigger using a small Philips screwdriver (that's what I usually do)

I scaled my print down but the original file is set to fill a normal buildplate (P1P). You can scale as you wish

I added a cap to cover the back hole in case it's not hanging on the wall (to prevent light from comming out of the back)
