Universal Utility Key / Sillcock Key Generator (Parametric, customizable)

A fully parametric generator for radiator, cabinet, and water utility keys.

Most 3D printed keys fail because they use the wrong geometry for the applied torque, or the shaft is too thick to reach recessed valves. This model solves both problems.

You can use the built-in MakerWorld Customizer to generate the exact tool you need, or download the pre-configured print profiles for the 7 most common European (DIN) standard sizes. If you design a key for you and think it's interesting, do not hesitate to share it as a print profile! 

Included Pre-Sliced Profiles

To make printing from the mobile app as frictionless as possible, each key is isolated on its own build plate. Just select the single size you need, or choose Plate 8 to print the entire bundle.

The Customizer (For Non-Standard Jobs)

Not all valves are created equal. Some water taps are recessed deep inside narrow pipes where a standard 20mm shaft diameter won't fit.

Using Makerworld's or Bambu Handy's customizer, you can alter:
 

• Tool Shape: Square, Triangle, Hex, or Slot.
• Tool Style: Female (cutout) or Male (extrusion).
• Clearance: Adjust shaft length and outer diameter to reach recessed valves.
• Handle Size: Scale the T-handle for more leverage.
• Tolerance: Dial in the exact friction fit for your specific printer's shrinkage
• Engraving: Add custom text to the bottom face to label your tool.
