Small and Large peptide boxes with inserts. I wanted something that was rugged and heavy duty so I came up with these.

Small box: holds four 3ml vials and one 10ml. Space for syringes and alcohol pads, and you could lay a 30ml bottle down lengthwise. 

Hardware needed: 6 M3 x 40mm bolts required. The hinges will fit snug and hold well. 

Assembly: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE BOLTS. IT WILL CRACK IF YOU DO. TIGHTEN THEM TO SNUG AND NO MORE.

Large box: holds six 3ml vials, two 10ml vials, and one 30ml vial. Has dedicated alcohol pad cubby, and holds 5-6 syringes. 

Hardware needed: 6 M3 x 30mm bolts required. The hinges will fit snug and hold well. 

Assembly: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE BOLTS. IT WILL CRACK IF YOU DO. TIGHTEN THEM TO SNUG AND NO MORE.

Optional text has been added to both lids, but if you do not want it, just delete it or print in 1 color. We use vinyl for our lids and it looks great. 

Printed all in PLA, but can be printed in PETG. 

.2 layer height at 10-15% gyroid recommended. 

To assemble both boxes is straightforward. Bolt the lid to the container using correct sized bolts, don't over tighten. Then do the same with the hinges in the front. Lastly, use the 2 remaining bolts under the hinges, this is what the hinges hook on to, it should be a fairly tight fit and hinges will “click” when they close.
