Over a year ago, I designed the original “A1 mini torture test” model. This consisted of a small base supporting a large tower. However, I recently learned how to do some basic Onshape design, so i made this improved version. The main change is that I made the base be made of 4 towers, which are connected by overhangs (which are quite difficult to print properly.) Because of this improved base, the model is more sensitive to small vibrations and has more accurate results. It also works as a stringing test at the same time which could save some filament. Like the original, it uses little filament (only 5 grams) and printing with the timelapse enabled is not recommended. I hope you enjoy this improved torture test!
