100% Solid Structure: Set your slicer to 100% infill to ensure the entire component is solid, providing the structural density needed for outdoor use.

• Orientation for Strength: Print the component with the clamp holes flat against the build plate. This orientation allows the printer to create continuous wall loops around the holes, which significantly increases resistance to the mechanical stress applied when tightening the M5 hardware.
• Layer Adhesion: Ensure your print temperature is optimal for your filament (PETG or ASA recommended) to maximize layer bonding.
• Hardware Integration: Remember to pause the print at 6.6mm to manually insert the M5 T-nuts. This allows the printer to encapsulate them, creating a reinforced anchor point that is much stronger than surface-mounting hardware
