This is a clip-on hook designed for an aluminum frame pergola canopy rail. It clips into the canopy track and is intended for hanging string lights or other lightweight accessories. Designed around a pergola bar measuring roughly 40mm. wide by 60mm. tall, with a canopy rail opening of approximately 11mm.

Four width options:

• Small: 10mm. wide
• Standard: 20mm. wide
• Wide: 30mm. wide
• Extra Wide: 40mm. wide

Two hook styles:

• Drop-down Hook: Drops the hook slightly below the rail so it can clear the canopy (if deployed).
• Standard Hook: Places the hook closer to the bottom of the bar and is the stronger of the two designs.

Printing with the default strength profile. PLA should work fine for general use, but PETG, PLA Tough, or PLA+ may be better if you want extra durability, impact resistance, or improved UV resistance. If printing with PLA, expect warping with temperature changes depending on directional pressure applied to the hook or drop arm.

Important Note: These clips may prevent your canopy rails from sliding normally, so they are best installed after the canopy is deployed in the desired position. While designed for string lights, they can also be used for other light-duty hanging needs. Mileage may vary.
