This is a simple knit and decrease block to quickly flip while knitting to remember where you are in your creation.  It was requested by my Mom, so I whipped it up and I am sharing it here with others!

The block is 2"x4" in size with embedded text.  The ideal configuration is to print with a textured plate so the Decrease side has a textured feel and the Knit side is smooth.  Make sure ironing is enabled so the Knit side can produce a nice clean tactile feeling between the two sides as you're working on your knitted creation.
