I designed this vent grille for my home battery enclosure, but it works for anything that needs airflow — electronics enclosures, server rack panels, cabinets, or weatherproof outdoor boxes.

The design is fully customizable so you can adjust the dimensions and vane count to fit your exact application. Use the Customize button to adjust parameters directly, or if that doesn't work for you, feel free to download the included F3D file and edit the parameters yourself in Fusion 360 under Modify → Change Parameters.

I printed mine in ASA for outdoor UV and weather resistance, but ABS and PETG work great depending on your environment. PETG for indoor or semi-sheltered use, ABS or ASA if it's going outside.

Print Settings: No supports needed. Standard walls and infill. Orientation flat on the bed.
