Designed specifically for the current batch of AMS 2 Pro units shipped with the X2D. If you're experiencing filament feed issues, this 3D printed part provides a reliable temporary solution while you wait for your official replacement part.

Important installation note:
Install with the nubs facing backwards toward the rear of the unit. This makes sure it stays in place with multiple filament swaps.

To install, push the big black oval button down to create a gap, then push the part in place.

This fix restores proper filament spring tension, allowing you to continue printing with minimal downtime. Not a permanent replacement, use only until the replacement part arrives.

Compatible with: AMS 2 Pro (X2D bundle batch with known feed issues)
