This is an optimized remix of the Parametric 3D Printable Spring Generator. I have tweaked the geometry and parameters to ensure it prints reliably and cleanly across a much wider variety of FDM 3D printers.
Remix Improvements:
- Enhanced Printability: Adjusted the tolerances and wave spacing so the springs will not fuse together during printing, even on entry-level printers.
- Broad Compatibility: Slices cleanly in Bambu Studio and other modern slicers without throwing thin-wall or clearance errors.
Key Features:
- Fully Parametric: Use the included Fusion 360 (.f3d) file to adjust the length, width, height, thickness, and travel of the spring to fit your exact mechanical needs.
- Multiple Spring Types: Choose between classic wave springs (for durability) and zig-zag springs (for longer travel distances).
