🛠️ Recommended Print Settings

To ensure the finest details on the ghost's face and a seamless finish across the logo, use these slicing configurations in Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer:

Layer Height: 0.16mm (Optimal balance of speed and detail) or 0.12mm (High Quality for flawless curves).
Wall Loops: 3 (Provides solid structural strength around the border and loop).
Top/Bottom Shell Layers: 4 or 5
Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Monotonic).
Ironing: Highly Recommended. Enable Ironing on Topmost Surfaces Only with default flow settings. This will smooth out the layer lines on the flat red ban circle and the white ghost body for a professional, injection-molded look.
Build Plate: A textured PEI plate gives the back a clean matte texture, while a smooth PEI plate will provide a glossy finish.

🎨 Multi-Color Setup Guide

Method 1: Bambu AMS (Automatic Material System)

Using the Fill Tool (G) or the Layer Range tool in Bambu Studio, assign your filaments as follows:

Color 1 (Black): The main structural backing, the outer silhouette boundary, and the ghost's eyes/mouth details.
Color 2 (Red): The iconic "no" prohibition sign (the circle and diagonal bar).
Color 3 (White): The friendly ghost body trapped inside the sign.

Method 2: Manual Filament Swap (No AMS / Height-Based)

If you don't have an AMS, this model is perfectly designed to be printed using simple Pause (M600) commands at specific layer heights:

Slice your model at your preferred layer height.
Go to the Preview tab and use the vertical layer slider on the right side of the screen to find the exact layer where the Red Prohibition Sign begins to print on top of the black base. Right-click the slider and select Add Pause.
Move further up the slider to find the layer where the White Ghost elements begin to print over the red layers. Right-click and select Add Pause again.
Your printer will automatically stop at these points, allowing you to quickly switch your spool and resume printing.

📌 Assembly Notes

The keychain includes a robust, modeled-in eyelet at the top that is thick enough to withstand daily pocket wear. Simply thread a standard metal split ring and chain through the hole to complete the project!
