Mermaid Shell-F  | Display Shelf for Miniatures 🐚

Bring a touch of under-the-sea magic to your home! This display shelf combines a mermaid tail and a seashell, creating the perfect showcase for your favorite crystals, mini books, figurines, or small treasures.

It looks amazing in two colors, but also in 1 color and fits beautifully into any bedroom, nursery, or creative space.

📌 Project Features

• Print-in-Place / Single Piece: Designed to be printed easily without complicated assembly.
• No supports are needed; the model lays completely flat on the print bed.
• Monochrome-Friendly: Optimized to look fantastic in a single color (like pastel pink, mint, or lavender) without needing a multi-material system (AMS/MMU).
• Functional Decor: Features multiple small compartments of various shapes to fit different miniatures.

To give the rim of the shell a different color, you can set a pause or filament change on the final layers in your slicer. 

With a layer height of 0.2 mm, I did this at layer 202. Always double-check your own slicer to make sure this is correct for your setup.

I have added two print profiles: one for the pink model (single color option) and one for the turquoise and purple model (two-color option).

🛠️ Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PLA (Pastel or Matte colors work beautifully)
• Infill: 10% - 15% (Gyroid or Grid)
• Wall Loops: 2-3 walls for clean edges
