After reviewing the various options for a bungee tie available, I decided to design my own.

I had two goals.  First was to make it as strong as possible, which meant printing it horizontally so that the layer lines would not be a point of weakness.  The second was to minimize the amount of material to keep it lightweight and compact.

The 3 mm variant [0.125 in] was build and tested.  The other variants were scaled, but not built and tested.
