3D Printing & AMS Guidelines

If printing in rigid filaments like PLA or PETG, it is recommended to keep the default tolerance at 0.2mm and utilize the open-sided design so the phone can easily snap in without shattering the plastic.
• Bambu Studio Dual-Color (AMS) Printing: Printing text in a secondary color is completely optimized! By selecting the default "Secondary Color (AMS Paint)" style, the text drops exactly 0.4mm (two standard layers). The script separates the text into a distinct positive volume, meaning Bambu Studio will recognize the text as a separate physical part when exported. You can simply click the text in your "Objects" list and assign it a different AMS filament slot without ever needing the color painting tool.
