A flat-pack angled rack designed for Menards 400ml mini buckets. It can sit on a tabletop or be wall-mounted using the built-in mounting holes.

I designed this as a small organizer rack for the Menards 400ml mini buckets.

It holds three buckets at an angle so the contents stay easy to reach without taking up a ton of bench space. The rack works as a tabletop organizer, but I also discovered after printing and assembling it that it can be wall-mounted using the built-in mounting holes.

The model is designed as a flat-pack style assembly with press-fit tabs and slots. The base is split into two halves, the front ring panel is split into three sections, and the side supports lock everything together.

The bucket holes are sized to support the buckets under the upper rim / handle band, not around the lower body of the bucket. On my Menards mini buckets, the fit is good with a little clearance so the buckets drop in and remove easily.

Great for organizing small parts, screws, craft supplies, printer tools, hobby parts, or whatever else ends up scattered across the bench.

Important fit note

This was designed around Menards 400ml mini buckets. Other stores sell similar mini buckets, but I have not confirmed that they are the same size.

The bucket opening is sized for the area just under the upper rim / handle band. If your bucket has a different rim size, handle band, taper, or body shape, it may not fit without adjusting the model.

Assembly notes

Parts are designed to press fit together, but depending on your printer, filament, and tolerances, a small amount of super glue / CA glue may be helpful for permanent assembly.

Suggested assembly order:

1. Join the two base halves.
2. Join the three front ring panel sections.
3. Attach the side supports to the front ring panel.
4. Insert the full front/side assembly into the base slots.
5. Check that all tabs are fully seated.
6. Add buckets and enjoy your newly organized bench.

For wall mounting, use screws and anchors appropriate for your wall material and expected load.
