Garden Windmill

Einfaches Windrad zum 3D-Drucken mit kugelgelagertem Spinner für besonders ruhigen und leichtgängigen Lauf.

Habe das Windrad aus PETG gedruckt, die Teile sind etwas flexibel und halten somit auch starken Stürmen stand.

Das Modell besteht aus folgenden Teilen:

Base
Tail
Tail Holder
Spinner
Spinner Base

Zusätzlich benötigte Hardware

9x M8 Muttern
ca. 20 cm M8 Gewindestange
1x zusätzliche M8 Gewindestange als Halterung
(Länge je nach gewünschter Aufbauhöhe)
6x M3x12 Schrauben
2x M3 Muttern
4x Einschmelzmuttern M3xL5xOD4
3x Kugellager 688ZZ (8x16x5 mm) or 608 (link at the bottom)
etwas Schraubensicherung

Hinweise

Die Kugellager sorgen für einen sehr leichtgängigen Lauf auch bei wenig Wind.
Für den Außeneinsatz empfiehlt sich PETG.
Schraubensicherung verhindert das Lösen der Muttern durch Vibrationen.
Die Höhe kann flexibel über die zweite M8 Gewindestange angepasst werden.

thread locker

Notes

Ball bearings provide very smooth spinning even in low wind.
PETG or ASA is recommended for outdoor use.
Thread locker helps prevent nuts from loosening due to vibration.
The mounting height can easily be customized using the second M8 threaded rod.
