DRAWER INSERTS

OK these drawer inserts we made for the TOTAL TOOLS MINI TOOLBOX BASE, but because I have uploaded the parametric FUSION 360 CAD file you can generate drawer inserts for anything you like, fully customizable!

The Mini Toolbox drawers are approx 215mm long x 125mm deep & there are 2 height drawers, 50mm & 30mm. You can either print a tray insert the full size, but you will have to remove the drawer to fit the tray insert.

Or you can make the tray inserts in half & that way you can easily pull them out & take the contents to where you need them. (Half size trays are 215mm x 62mm).

Now I have received criticism from people who say I use too much filament, most of my projects are small & they don't usually consume much filament, however to please those who are keen to use as little filament as possible I have set the default wall thickness to 0.8mm (or 2 layers). This is very light (somewhat flimsy) but does the job. 

(I printed some out thicker as well). You can alter the thickness, so if you want a sturdy tray you can just increase the wall thickness.
