A compact threaded cigarette case designed in Fusion 360 and printed on a Bambu Lab X2D using dual nozzles without a purge tower.
The textured grip pattern gives it a solid feel in the hand, while the threaded cap keeps the cigarette protected from dust and light moisture during transport.

For this print, I used two colors:

Gray body
Green accent rings

The green parts were printed with the right nozzle, and surprisingly the print came out very clean even without a purge tower.

The thread was intentionally designed a little tight at first. After opening and closing the cap several times, the movement becomes smooth while still keeping a bit of sealing effect. It is not waterproof like IP68, but it still provides decent protection for everyday carry.

In a single color without any issues

Easy to print, functional, and compact.

This model is made mainly as a practical storage gadget and Fusion 360 design experiment.
