If the plastic head of your key has snapped off or degraded, this 3D-printable replacement will bring it back to life. This is a two-part "sandwich" design that encases the metal blade, providing a comfortable grip and a sturdy hole for your keyring.

Compatibility & Dimensions

This model is designed for standard keys with the following maximum dimensions:

• Blade Width: Up to 10 mm
• Blade Thickness: Up to 3 mm
• Top "Head" Section (inside the print): Maximum 16 mm x 5 mm

Assembly Instructions

1. Print: Print both halves of the bow.
2. Prepare: Clean any leftover plastic or residue off the top of your metal key.
3. Dry Fit: Place the key into the slot of one half to ensure it sits flat and the halves close tightly.
4. Glue: Apply a small amount of Superglue  to the inner mating surfaces and a tiny bit on the metal head itself.
5. Bond: Press both halves together firmly.
6. Secure: Use a clamp or a heavy object to hold the parts together for at least 1 minute while the glue cures.

Pro-Tip

If your key is slightly larger you can scale the model by 1-2% in Bambu Studio to accommodate to different sizes!
