This is a simple test I used to design for my heat inserts.

It covers M2, M3, M4 and M5 inserts.

There a three variations:

• partially cut holes (I use those to get a feeling for the minimum bottom clearance)
• blind (those have the same measurements as the partially cut ones)
• hole (full pass)

I printed them using Bambu's ASA.

If you need to adjust them, every of the three variations can be independently resized.

Base hole measurements are:

(diameter x length)

M2: 3.2 x 5 mm

M3: 4.0 x 6.7 mm

M4: 5.6 x 9.1 mm

M5:  6.4 x 10.5 mm
