This is my first upload so forgive me if I have anything wrong.

I designed this basic Din rail mount to fit a Din Rail 35mm x 7.5mm to a V/T-Slot extrusion found on other makes of printers.  I am in the process of building a Zero-G Mercury printer and wanted to design my own mount for the Din Rail.

I printed this in Sunlu ABS on my A1 Combo using a modified generic ABS profile. infill is 40% gyroid but you can use less. I left it as is for now

You will require 2 of 5x12mm Button Head screws and T-Slot nuts per mount.  Attach the nut to the screw tuck it into the slot of the extrusion and slide the mount over the screws and tighten.


The images are from the prints I am currently using but the model itself has some rounded corners added.
